The hotel has a great location, perfect to explore the area. the room is spacious and clean, with a cozy and beautiful bathroom. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. the bathtub was amazing and one of the best features of the room. the king suite was very private and quiet, perfect for a restful stay.
One minor downside is that the Wi-Fi was spotty in certain spots of the room.

We were able to walk to all of the main attractions and restaurants in the area. The room was very pretty and cozy, which made us feel at home. The hot tub in the bathroom was the best! We couldn't get enough of it.
We did have a few issues during our stay. The room was a little dark for our taste, and the bathroom had a problem with a smelly strainer.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, and the staff was so kind and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean, with great hotel facilities, including a beautiful hot tub. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always there to help us with parking and transportation. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip needs. the room was pretty and cozy, and the bathroom was impressive, especially the hot tub that was so relaxing.
the Wi-Fi was spotty and only worked in random spots in my room, which made it difficult for me to work online.

It was an excellent experience staying at this luxury hotel. the spacious and spotless room was equipped with exclusive amenities. the top-notch service from the accommodating staff made me feel pampered and comfortable all the time. I was delighted with the private facilities that were a perfect oasis after a busy day in the city. the perfect location was a plus that allowed me to explore the vibrant Puebla.
, It did not affect my fantastic time at the venue, and the staff was always ready to assist me with any request, including the complimentary breakfast served at the restaurant.
